Regarding the sudden MT4 platform connection issue, our company has received confirmation from our service provider, MetaQuotes, that the primary cause is due to network regulatory restrictions in mainland China. As a result, traders in mainland China may experience intermittent connection issues or be completely unable to access the MT4 trading platform via mobile or desktop terminals.
 
We are actively working with MetaQuotes to explore solutions to minimize these connection disruptions. In the meantime, we recommend that affected users to consider using alternative network configurations where permitted or switch to the Eunify Xpro mobile trading app to ensure uninterrupted trading services.
